· Lead a team of junior to mid-level professionals with a strong focus on client delivery.
· Provide actionable coaching to juniors and support team members in ensuring high-quality delivery and customer experience while effectively managing team-level TAT.
· You will work directly with our end clients and our Business Development team in building strategic relationships with key stakeholders on our client side.
· Understand implicit and explicit needs of clients and propose the best solutions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand challenges and propose effective problem-solving strategies.
As a Research Manager, your role is integral to the firm’s ability to deliver high-quality executive talent to its clients, contributing to their business success and growth.
· Candidate with 5+ years of experience in external client-facing roles in a professional services organisation, such as Consulting, Executive Search, Financial Services, and Market Research firms.
· Post Graduate Degree /Graduate Degree required.
· Excellent communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting using a variety of communication channels (telephone, e-mail, in-person, etc.)
· Handled a team of 6 - 8 associates/Sr associates, including line management, feedback process, and performance Improvement.
· Strong people management skills, with experience handling exceptions and scenarios that require strong decision-making skills aligned with the firm's vision.
· Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
· You need to have exceptional stakeholder/customer management skills and the ability to nurture these relationships to achieve business priorities.
· You should be comfortable with the fast-paced, dynamic, and customer-centric environment.
· You have an agile mindset, are curious about new practices and keen to experiment.
